By placing an order with JC Fine Jewelry, you agree to these Terms of Service.

At JC Fine Jewelry, we are committed to transparency, fairness, and building lasting trust with every customer. These Terms of Service outline the guidelines that govern our relationship with you. Please read them carefully.

Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in pricing.

Full payment is required at checkout for ready-made items. For custom designs, CAD/CAM work, and made-to-order pieces, a deposit of up to 50% is required to begin production.

Custom Orders & Deposits

Custom and made-to-order jewelry requires a non-refundable deposit of up to 50% to cover design, CAD/CAM work, labor, and materials. Production begins only after the deposit is received and design approval is confirmed.

Once production has started, the deposit becomes non-refundable. Full deposit refunds are possible only if production has not yet begun.

Shipping & Delivery

All shipments are fully insured and typically require an adult signature for high-value items. Once the carrier confirms delivery, responsibility for the package generally transfers to the customer. We will reasonably assist with any claims for loss, theft, or damage in transit.

Refund & Return Policy

Our Refund & Return Policy is designed to be fair while protecting the integrity of our handcrafted pieces. Ready-made jewelry may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unworn and in original condition. Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are generally final sale, except in cases of manufacturing defect.

Resizing & Alterations

We offer one complimentary ring resizing within 30 days of purchase for eligible items. Additional resizing or alterations may incur fees. Once an item has been resized or altered, it becomes final sale (except in cases of verified defect).

Repairs & Workmanship

We stand behind our craftsmanship. Repairs performed by us that fail due to workmanship issues within 7 days will be corrected at no cost. Repairs outside this scope or performed by third parties may be subject to standard fees.

Store Credit

Store credit issued for returns or exchanges does not expire and can be used toward future purchases. It is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Intellectual Property & Images

All product images, designs, descriptions, and content on this website are the intellectual property of JC Fine Jewelry. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them without our written permission.

Policy Updates & Governing Law

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
